Frontier Medical Group Awarded Gold By Investors In People

We are delighted to announce that Investors in People has awarded Frontier Medical Group with the We Invest in People: Gold accreditation.

Gold accreditation means that you've got the policies in place, but more than that, it means everyone – from CEO to apprentice - takes ownership for making them come to life.

Frontier Medical Group has been recognised for creating a workplace where people are valued, supported and empowered to succeed. Achieving Gold accreditation places Frontier among the top-performing organisations assessed by Investors in People, with only around 28% of accredited organisations reaching this standard.

The accreditation follows a comprehensive assessment involving employee surveys, interviews and discussions, with 96 colleagues taking part, representing a 91% response rate. Frontier achieved an overall benchmark score of 733, exceeding both the Investors in People average of 728 and the manufacturing sector average of 683.

The assessment recognised significant progress since Frontier's previous review, highlighting improvements across all nine performance indicators, particularly in living the organisation's values and behaviours, managing performance, recognising and rewarding high performance, and creating sustainable success.

The report also praised Frontier's values-driven leadership, commitment to employee wellbeing, investment in learning and development, enhanced recognition programmes, and culture of continuous improvement.
