We are once again sponsoring a category at this year’s Royal College of Nursing - Wales Nurse of the Year Awards which is taking place in Cardiff on 29th June.

The awards recognise nurses, midwives, healthcare workers and students across a broad range of categories from community nurse and primary care nursing through to supporting education and learning in practice.

We are sponsoring the Innovation and Digitalisation in Nursing category which recognises nurses and midwives who have improved the care of people through delivering transformational change. We are always inspired by the nurses who receive these awards and we feel proud to support an event that shines a spotlight on their achievements. As an organisation that produces innovative medical technology, we know that innovation in nursing is vital and we are looking forward to celebrating with the winners on the night.

In total there are 17 categories at the event which is being held at Cardiff City Hall. Nurses from all disciplines and at all stages of their careers will be recognised at the awards. There are specialist categories for nurses working with children, older people and those with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
