Repose Product Updates

Frontier Medical Group is dedicated to delivering excellence, creating high quality and innovative products. We are delighted to share with you some updates to the Repose® brand which will be in circulation from early October 2019.

Enhanced Confidence

Repose is a range of static air, pressure redistribution and reduction support surfaces, all with high levels of immersion and envelopment. A combination of unique materials and Smart Valve Technology, has been clinically proven to deliver statistically significant patient benefits.(1)

Repose is indicated for the prevention of pressure ulcers for patients at very high risk and treatment of all categories of pressure ulcer when used as part of a package of care.(1-5)

Repose products come with a two year warranty as standard*

Repose Smart Valve Technology – Improved Product Selection

• Colour has been added to the internal body of the valve on Repose to indicate the size of the product.

• If you have a Repose product with a coloured valve continue to check regularly via the ‘squeeze test’.

• Colour coded valves for easy product size

A high proportion of Repose products are supplied as standard in size. This shows that the majority of product that will be in circulation will have a yellow valve.

There will be no changes to product codes, we have developed materials to support you which include;

• New product labelling – provides information to identify product size, correct cleaning instructions and a GS1 compliant barcode.

• Supporting patient information leaflets
